I liked the room with fireplace, the bed was extremely comfy. The location was perfect and nice, close enough to most restaurants, shops and Newport and easily accessible. It also was very close to everything.

The location was absolutely perfect and exceptionally nice - right by many restaurants and shops, Newport's Eastern beach, and The Attwater. The breakfast was unique on Belle view, all the food was excellent!

Tidy, reasonably spacious hotel with free parking on site. Had well-kept room and an unforgettable stay of the town. Very helpful and attentive staff on reception and elsewhere. Plenty of food for the continental breakfast. Handy location to everything in Newport, in the delightful area.

The location is ideal and handy as it's not far from the restaurants and stores on the harbor, downtown shops and the Cliff Walk, and the Newport Art Museum and Tennis Hall of Fame. The staff has always been extremely helpful. Thanks a lot, I would book again, loved this hotel.

Well-kept and tastefully decorated room plus with a queen bed. Perfect location in Newport adjacent to the surrounding areas, all the best restaurants and Newport waterfront and other tourist areas.

Outstanding service was provided too. The room for a girls weekend. The location was perfect, for example, Cliff Walk Walkway was within easy walking distance of the hotel.

The room is well-equipped with an amazing bed and pillows. Its location is perfect and exceptionally nice, not far from many restaurants and shops by the waterfront, shops on Bellevue and a 5 minute walk to the harbor, and Walk Cliffs and other tourist attractions.

Good choice of DELICIOUS options for meal. The rooms with a fridge and the bedroom, for instance. All in all perfect location, just off the Attwater after staying last year for the first time, the Newport Art Museum and Tennis Hall of Fame, and shops on Bellevue and a 5 minute walk to the harbor.

The personnel is very helpful and ensures guests have an unforgettable stay. The location is unbeatable and comfortable, right next door to most restaurants, the surrounding areas, and the waterfront. The outstanding service includes free parking and Wi-Fi.

The staff are very very helpful and attentive, managed the parking on-site.

The Attwater in Newport is a beautifully designed and tidy small hotel. The standard queen room comes with a large closet, as well as champagne and cookies. The staff and management are very helpful. The hotel is centrally located, just a pleasant stroll away from the International Tennis Hall of Fame. Additionally, the venue houses an excellent restaurant, making it the hotel of choice in Newport.
